Welcome to Told Print™. By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Products

All products are made to order through a professional print-partner network. Minor variations may occur due to production methods or screen differences.

Product images illustrate design intent. Final products may differ slightly. Availability, colours, fabrics, or materials may change without prior notice. Certain items are produced and fulfilled via trusted external partners, including the Printify network.

2. Personalisation & Custom Orders

Personalised items are produced exactly as submitted by the customer. Please review spelling, formatting, and details carefully before placing an order.

Personalised or custom-made products are non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Orders & Payment

Prices are displayed in EUR unless a currency converter is enabled for convenience. Converted prices are indicative only.

Payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by authorised payment providers. Told Print™ does not store payment card data.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, availability limitations, or policy violations.

Orders may be produced and shipped through Printify and its authorised partners.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Greece: approximately 2–4 business days after production
European Union: approximately 5–7 business days
International destinations: approximately 7–14 business days

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

Told Print™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect address information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Non-personalised items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or do not match the order submitted.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

For customers in the EU and UK, the fourteen-day withdrawal right does not apply to clearly personalised or custom-made products in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c).

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, imagery, text, and content are the property of Told Print™ or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable privacy laws.

8. User Conduct

Users agree to use this website lawfully and not engage in unauthorised access, abuse, or misuse of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Told Print™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. EU consumers may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
