All ToldPrint™ items are made to order through trusted international production partners. Production usually takes a few business days before the order is shipped, depending on the product and fulfilment location.

United States: estimated 3–7 business days after production
Europe and UK: estimated 4–9 business days after production
Canada: estimated 5–10 business days after production
Rest of world: estimated 7–14 business days after production

Orders are shipped with tracking. When possible, production is routed to the closest available partner to support faster delivery across the US, EU and UK.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

For eligible non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within the applicable return period, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Made-to-order production alone does not always mean an item is excluded from statutory return rights where local consumer law applies.

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, include clear photos of the product, packaging and any visible issue. We usually respond within one to two business days.

We do not offer automatic direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, please review our return policy to see whether your item is eligible for return.

For apparel, we strongly recommend checking the size information on the product page before ordering.

Care instructions vary by product, so always follow the guidance shown on the product page or garment label.

For most printed apparel, machine wash cold with similar colours, turn the garment inside out, and avoid ironing directly over the print. Tote bags, caps and accessories may have different care requirements.

Printed items are designed for regular wear, but colour and detail can be affected by washing, heat and repeated use. Washing garments inside out and following the care instructions will help preserve the artwork.
