Welcome to Told Print™. By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

1. Products

All products are made to order on demand through a professional print-partner network. Slight variations may occur due to production methods and screen differences.

• Images show design intent; final products may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to change product availability, colors, fabrics, or materials
• Some inventory and fulfillment occurs via trusted external print partners (Printify network)

2. Personalization & Custom Orders

Personalized text/designs are printed exactly as submitted. Review all details before placing your order.

• Spelling, formatting, and capitalization are buyer responsibility
• Custom products are non-returnable unless defective

3. Orders & Payment

Pricing: Displayed in EUR (€) unless user currency converter is active. Currency conversions may be shown for convenience.

Payment: Accepted methods as shown at checkout. Payments handled securely by payment processors; we do not store card data.

Order acceptance: We may refuse or cancel orders for fraud risk, limited availability, or policy violations.

Third-party production: Orders may be fulfilled, printed, and shipped via Printify and its partners.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Greece: 2–4 business days (after production)
• EU: 5–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

International duties/taxes:

• Customers outside the EU may pay customs/fees on delivery
• US orders may incur import fees; we do not collect US sales tax unless legally required (no nexus by default)

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for non-defective items once production has begun.

• Report issues within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.
• Approved cases: replacement or refund to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless our error.
• Personalized items are final sale unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU/UK notice: The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content belong to Told Print™. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and applicable privacy laws. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

• No sale of personal data

8. User Conduct

Users agree to submit lawful content and not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to the amount paid for the product.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as supply chain disruptions, customs issues, or carrier delays.

11. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated. Continued use of the site means acceptance of changes.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by Greek and EU law. EU customers may use the EU ODR platform.
