Welcome to ToldPrint™. By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Products

ToldPrint™ offers Mediterranean-inspired graphic apparel, tote bags, caps and accessories. Most items are made to order through trusted international production partners after an order is placed.

Product images are intended to show the design, colour direction and general appearance of each item. Minor variations may occur due to production methods, fabric texture, print placement, lighting, screen settings or material availability.

Product details, materials, size information and care instructions are shown on the relevant product page where available. Availability, colours, fabrics, sizes or materials may change without prior notice.

2. Personalisation & Custom Orders

If a product includes personalisation or custom text, it will be produced according to the information submitted by the customer. Please review spelling, formatting, initials, dates and all custom details carefully before placing an order.

Clearly personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for return or withdrawal unless they arrive defective, damaged, incorrect or do not match the order submitted.

3. Orders & Payment

Prices are displayed in EUR unless a currency converter is enabled for convenience. Converted prices may be indicative and can vary depending on exchange rates, payment provider settings or checkout configuration.

Payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by authorised payment providers. ToldPrint™ does not store full payment card data.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund orders where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, address problems, policy violations or technical errors.

Once an order is placed, production may begin quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, fulfilment location, destination, carrier performance, customs processing and seasonal demand.

United States: estimated 3–7 business days after production
Europe and UK: estimated 4–9 business days after production
Canada: estimated 5–10 business days after production
Rest of world: estimated 7–14 business days after production

Orders are shipped with tracking where available. When possible, production is routed to the closest available partner to support faster delivery across the US, EU and UK.

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges upon delivery.

ToldPrint™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, local postal disruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within the applicable return period, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, incorrect or do not match the order submitted.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item or another situation required by applicable law.

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under EU, UK or local consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, imagery, text, logos, product names and website content are the property of ToldPrint™ or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, resale, redistribution, commercial use, modification or use of ToldPrint™ content for competing products, digital files, AI datasets, marketplace listings or promotional materials is prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.

Cookie and privacy preferences can be managed via Privacy Choices, where available.

8. User Conduct

Users agree to use this website lawfully and not engage in unauthorised access, abuse, fraud, harmful activity, scraping, interference with website functionality or misuse of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToldPrint™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website, delays, product availability, carrier performance or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or liability for defective products where applicable.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, production partner delays, customs delays, carrier issues, natural events, strikes, technical outages or governmental restrictions.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union consumer protection rules where relevant.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Consumers may also have access to local consumer protection bodies, alternative dispute resolution services or other statutory remedies depending on their country of residence.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. Consumers looking for assistance may use relevant national consumer bodies or EU consumer redress resources where applicable.
