🏭 1. Fulfillment & Production
All ToldPrint™ products are made to order through our verified production partners within the Printify network. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (may vary during holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
🌍 2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States or Europe, depending on product availability and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or force majeure events.
💰 3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the item is defective or not as described.
- Free shipping may apply for certain regions or order values, as stated on product pages or promotional banners.
- All orders include tracking.
🛃 4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by local authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility. ToldPrint™ is not liable for customs-related delays or fees.
↩️ 5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 General policy
- We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Non-defective items cannot be returned once production has begun because products are made to order. Approved defective returns receive a prepaid return label or replacement/refund.
- Please contact support before returning any item and include your order number.
5.2 Personalized & custom items
Products with personalized embroidery/prints/text are made exclusively for you. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or the personalization does not match the order submitted.
5.3 Digital downloads
Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. If you have a file issue, contact support for assistance.
5.4 Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
🇪🇺 6. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the EU or UK may withdraw from non-custom orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, digital goods after download, or other statutory exclusions. To exercise your right, email us within 14 days of delivery.
💳 7. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process the return.
- Shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition or missing packaging.
🌐 8. Global Applicability
This policy applies to customers worldwide. Where local consumer protection laws provide stronger rights, ToldPrint™ will comply with the applicable local law.
