Shipping & Returns Made Simple

1. Fulfillment and Production

ToldPrint™ items are made to order through trusted international production partners. This helps reduce unnecessary overproduction and allows each product to be created after an order is placed.

Production time varies by product, fulfilment location and seasonal demand. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number where tracking is available.

When possible, production is routed to the closest available partner to support faster delivery across the US, EU and UK.

2. Shipping Regions and Delivery Times

We ship internationally. Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched from production facilities in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom or other available partner locations, depending on product availability and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to product type, fulfilment location, customs clearance, local carrier conditions, peak periods, holidays or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, delivery destination and available shipping method.

Free shipping may apply to selected regions, products or order values when clearly shown on the website, product page, cart or promotional communication.

Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, an incorrect item or another situation required by applicable law.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other local charges determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. ToldPrint™ is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional fees charged by local authorities.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 General policy

Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within the applicable return period, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition.

Most ToldPrint™ items are made to order, but made-to-order production alone does not automatically make every item non-returnable. Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, personalisation status and applicable consumer law.

Return shipping for non-defective returns is normally the responsibility of the customer unless applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us before returning any item and include your order number.

5.2 Personalised and custom items

Products with personalised text, custom details, customer-submitted names, initials, dates or other made-to-specification elements may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Personalised or custom-made items remain eligible for review if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or do not match the order submitted.

5.3 Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us within fourteen days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and visible issue.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution depending on the case.

When a return is required for an eligible defective, damaged or incorrect item, return shipping may be covered where applicable.

6. Legal Right of Withdrawal

For EU customers, consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. This right has exceptions, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.

For UK customers, online, mail and telephone order customers may have cancellation rights under applicable consumer regulations, subject to statutory exceptions.

These rights do not apply in the same way to clearly personalised or custom-made products, and other statutory exclusions may apply. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

For valid withdrawal returns, refunds are normally processed after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, where applicable.

Original shipping costs, import duties, local taxes and return shipping for non-defective returns may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.

8. Global Applicability

This policy applies to customers worldwide. Where local consumer protection laws provide stronger rights, ToldPrint™ will comply with the applicable law.
