Shipping and Returns Made Simple

1. Fulfillment and Production
All ToldPrint™ products are made to order through verified production partners within the Printify network.
Production typically takes two to five business days and may vary during peak periods or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Regions and Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from production facilities in the United States or Europe, depending on product availability and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier conditions, or force majeure events.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the item is defective or not as described.
Free shipping may apply to selected regions or order values as indicated on product pages or promotional communications. All shipments include tracking.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ToldPrint™ is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional fees.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 General policy
We accept returns for non-personalised items within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including packaging where applicable.
Return shipping for non-defective returns is always the responsibility of the customer. Please contact support before returning any item and include your order number.
5.2 Personalised and custom items
Products with personalised embroidery, prints, or text are produced exclusively for the customer and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5.3 Digital products
Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a file issue, please contact support for assistance.
5.4 Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within fourteen days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
When a return is required for an eligible claim, return shipping is covered where applicable.
6. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the EU or UK may withdraw from non-personalised orders within fourteen days of receiving the goods.
This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, digital goods after download, or other statutory exclusions.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days after the return is processed.
Original shipping costs, import duties, and return shipping for non-defective returns are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, return shipping is covered where applicable.
8. Global Applicability
This policy applies to customers worldwide. Where local consumer protection laws provide stronger rights, ToldPrint™ will comply with the applicable law.
