Overview

ToldPrint™ designs are protected intellectual property. Any use beyond personal or editorial purposes requires a valid Commercial License.

This licensing structure enables creators, small businesses, and partners to use our designs responsibly, while supporting ethical production and human-centered storytelling.

Personal use license

  • Allowed for personal, non-commercial projects
  • Includes printing for yourself, gifts, or home décor
  • Not permitted for resale, redistribution, or profit-driven use

Commercial license

The Commercial License Add-On allows limited use of ToldPrint™ digital designs for small-scale production and resale. It is intended for creators, small brands, and artisans who wish to integrate Mediterranean-inspired artwork into their products.

Included rights

  • Use on up to 500 physical products (for example apparel, totes, posters)
  • Use in marketing visuals and social media (non-exclusive)
  • Combination with your own branding or product context

Not permitted

  • Resale or redistribution of the original design files
  • Claiming the artwork as your own creation
  • Minting as NFTs or inclusion in AI training datasets

For higher volumes, extended usage, or exclusive collaborations, please contact us to discuss a custom licensing agreement.

How to get a license

  1. Visit the Digital prints collection.
  2. Select the artwork and add the Commercial License Add-On to your cart.
  3. Complete checkout. Your license confirmation and certificate will be sent automatically by email.
